Moving Match Sticks

March 23 @ 10:30 am - 4:30 pm

This is a contemporary quilt design comprising of easily sewn blocks, and the resulting quilt can be made as small as a cushion or as large as a quilt- or anything in between!  Suitable for those with a little sewing or quilting experience.  Materials:  ask in shop for HAND OUT with details. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to make a stunning structured handbag in cottons of your choice. Once you have the basics from this class you are sure to be making them in tweed or even leather. One of our most successful and fun classes. Suitable for those with some sewing experience. Double Wedding Ring

April 5 @ 10:30 am - April 6 @ 4:30 pm

This is a very popular and traditional versatile pattern which is designed with interlocking rings – and it has history and romance!  Use Foundation Piecing and patchwork to create a memorable quilt that you have always wanted to construct, or a bed runner or cushions. Embroider your houses/ bunting

Make these delightful houses as bunting.  This course is suitable for parents and children!  Work with Vilene, Bondaweb, machine embroidery and appliqué. Tutor: Morag Gray Suitable for beginners. Bring scraps, threads, trimmings, plain long quarters and tape.  Available in the shop
